Who We Are
John Salvino, CPM (left) – Mr. Salvino has 25+ years of experience in commercial real estate including investing, managing, sales and leasing for a variety of asset classes. John is President of Midwest Property Management based in Lawrence, KS. John graduated from University of Kansas in 1992 with a BS in Business Administration and has been a licensed real estate agent in Kansas since 1999.
Ben Trytten (center) – General Manager, Partner, BS Business Administration, Kansas University 1999. Mr. Trytten has 25+ years of experience in property management. Prior to joining Midwest Property Management in 2004, Mr. Trytten was employed by George Waters Management, Inc. in Lawrence, KS for over 7 years. Mr. Trytten has years of experience dealing with both the management and maintenance side of the business.
Ron Aul, MAI (right) – Mr. Aul has 30+ years of experience in the commercial real estate appraisal field. He also has an extensive background in property management and real estate ownership and is the former Chairman of the Kansas Real Estate Appraisal Board. Ron has been a real estate broker in Kansas since 1999. Ron graduated from the University of Kansas with a BS in Business Administration/Accounting and an MBA from University of Kansas in 1986.
